Lawton's Cove Housekeeping Cottage Resort consists of six, two and three bedroom cottages located on two acres of Doe Lake waterfront. The cottages each have a front porch affording an excellent view of the beachfront and lake.

Each cottage is electrically heated and contains a modern electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven as well as pots, pans, dishes, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker.

Each bedroom has one double bed with a new mattress. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided but bed linens are not included. If needed, linens will be available at a small additional cost of $7.50 per bed per week.

The cottages all have hot and cold water in the kitchen and the two piece bathroom.

There is a central shower facility with ample hot water. The grounds are well kept and there is a play area for the children with swings, slide and teeter totter.

For the adults, there is a horseshoe pit. There is a central fire pit with the wood provided for the nightly campfires. (weather permitting)
